Parking Conditions / Terms of Use for the Hotel Car Park

1. Scope

These parking conditions apply to all parking areas of NordWest Hotels, including designated EV charging spaces.

By entering or parking a vehicle in the hotel car park, these conditions are accepted.

2. Authorized Use

Use of the parking areas is permitted exclusively for:
• hotel guests,
• in-house guests,
• authorized visitors, and
• expressly authorized users

only.

Parking is free of charge for hotel guests and in-house guests.

There is no entitlement to a specific parking space.

3. Unauthorized Parking

Parking by unauthorized users (“unauthorized parking”) is not permitted.

In the event of violations of these terms of use, the hotel reserves the right to:
• charge an increased parking fee of €25.00 per commenced calendar day,
• involve external parking management or debt collection service providers,
• have vehicles removed at the owner’s expense,
• and take further legal action.

4. EV Charging Stations

The designated charging spaces are reserved exclusively for electric vehicles during an active charging process.

Once the charging process has been completed, the parking space must be vacated immediately.

Blocking charging spaces without an active charging process is considered unauthorized use.

4a. Special Regulation for Bicycle Rental Station

Customers of the bicycle rental station may use the parking areas for the duration of the bicycle rental, provided that the parking duration has been agreed with reception in advance.

The hotel reserves the right, in the absence of prior agreement or if the agreed parking duration is exceeded, to charge an increased parking fee of €25.00 per commenced calendar day or to take further measures within the scope of parking management.

5. Monitoring / Documentation

To protect the hotel’s property rights and to monitor compliance with the parking conditions, the car park may be monitored or documented by video and/or license plate recognition.

6. Liability

Parking is at the user’s own risk.

The hotel is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. No liability is accepted for theft, damage, or other losses to vehicles or their contents, insofar as legally permissible.

7. Property Rights

The instructions of hotel staff must be followed.

The hotel reserves the right to exclude persons from future use of the parking areas in the event of violations of these conditions.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies.

Should individual provisions of these parking conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
